What is outsourcing? Outsourcing can be defined as the use of external resources to carry out tasks that were traditionally performed using internal resources (internal staff). Training outsourcing is based on contracting a training consultant, who develops the training service for a certain period: short-term action (tactical outsourcing) or long-term action (strategic outsourcing). |
